    The 11th Annual Smyrna Wine Stroll is benefitting Cobb CASA with its proceeds. Held every spring, the Smyrna Wine Stroll is a season and Smyrna favorite. Afternoon festivities include wine and food samplings with music throughout.   • CASA in Cobb County Recognizing 25 Years of Service!

    During 2016, Cobb County CASA is recognizing 25 years of service to the juvenile court and children of Cobb County. In addition to holding other events throughout the year, the program will increase the number of children served by training and supporting 25 additional CASA volunteers. Twenty-five more CASA volunteers allows the program to serve at least 65 additional abused and neglected children who, otherwise, would have no CASA representing their best interests in court.   ... | More Info...

The comprehensive 30-hour training, created by the National CASA Association, covers applicable topics such as the law, cultural competence, understanding children, and report writing.
